23rd September, 2022 Our Blink Parametric team was awarded with a double win at last night’s Insurance Times Tech & Innovation Awards 2022 in London. The feedback from the judging panel was a powerful endorsement of the transformative capability of Blink’s parametric platform and the effectiveness of its real-time customer-centric service delivery.

In the words of the judging panel:

Best Use of Technology for Customer Experience: “The winner stood out because of the vast improvements their technology made to the customer experience of submitting claims. They clearly demonstrated improved speed of payment and reduced stress for the insured when claiming for lost baggage. Impressive.”

Best Customer App: “The winning entry stood out for how incredibly relevant and useful it is for a huge number of people. It solves the very topical, real-world problem of quickly compensating distressed travellers when checked luggage gets delayed or lost at arrival airports.”
