Heymondo Expands Parametric Flight Disruption Benefit to Italy, Powered by Blink Parametric

CORK, Ireland, March 26, 2026 – Heymondo, the Barcelona-based digital travel insurance specialist, has extended its parametric flight disruption benefit to Italian travellers, in partnership with Blink Parametric, a global leader in real-time InsurTech assistance. The expansion brings Heymondo’s automated, instant disruption support to Italy, continuing the growth of a partnership that first launched in Spain in 2024.

Italian travellers may add coverage and pre-register their flight to automatically receive either free access to over 1,300 executive airport lounges or a €50 cash payout if their flight is delayed by two and a half hours or more. Blink Parametric’s platform monitors global flight data continuously, triggering the benefit automatically the moment a qualifying delay is detected – with no paperwork, no manual claims submission, and no waiting.

The Italian rollout builds on the success of the original Spain launch and reflects Heymondo’s ongoing commitment to offering travellers real-time support at the moments that matter most.
