Flight delay benefits will be serviced in real-time to travellers using their mobile phone.

A flight delay that occurs to the registered flight automatically results in a traveller being notified. Real-time event notification allows for real-time problem resolution! TuGo’s customers registered with MyFlyt are offered choices that remove the stress and consequences of the delay, including airport lounge access if a flight is delayed by 2 hours or more, or a cash payout per traveller, which is immediately deposited into their bank account.
